RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new.

Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days from receipt of shipment in order to receive a refund.

Purchases made through the website can be returned both online and at any of our physical stores, but purchases made in physical stores can only be returned to the corresponding store.

Sale orders are only available for exchange.

The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. The refund fees are: 110 EGP charged by the courier company to pick up the item and hand you the money.
