If it's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that. This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.

As we sell hundreds of units on a daily basis, it's difficult for us to detect all damaged products.

But you don't need to worry. If you receive a detected item, please contact hello@yawzaofficial.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.

• Shipping is 50 EGP within Cairo, Giza, Helwan and Sheikh Zayed.
• Shipping is 60 EGP for Alexandria
• Shipping is 70 EGP for Sharqia, Behera, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Kafr ElSheikh, Monofia, Qalyubeya, Ismailia, Port Said, El Fayoum, Asyut, Qena, Bani Suef, Minya & Sohag.
• Shipping is for 85 EGP for Matrouh, Red Sea, South Sina, Aswan & Luxor.
