PLACING AN ORDER

Q- How do I place an order?

  • Placing an order only takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, then click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now on our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.

  • You can also place your order by sending a message on our social media channels.

Q- I don't like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?

  • This is a very common concern we all have but don't worry, here at Yawza, you can pay cash on delivery so you will pay when you receive the order. If you receive the product and don’t want it, you can refuse to take it and the shipping company will return it to us and you will only pay the delivery fees.

  • If the product has a defect, we will definitely exchange it for you. We have an exchange & refund policy.

  • What if I ordered the wrong laptop sleeve size? You can change it with the correct size and pay the exchange order fees.

Q- How much is the Shipping?

  1. Shipping is 40 Egp within Cairo, Giza, Helwan and 6th of October.

  2. Shipping is 50 Egp for Alexandria.

  3. Shipping is for 60 Egp for Sharqia, beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez, El Fayoum.

  4. Shipping is for 65 Egp for Asyut, Qena, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag.

  5. Shipping is for 75 Egp Aswan, Luxor.

  6. Shipping is for 85 Egp Matrouh, Red Sea, South Sina.

Q- How long does shipping take?

  •  Delivery takes 4-5 working days (weekends and official holidays are excluded).

EXCHANGE AND REFUND 

Q- How do I exchange or return a product & how much does it cost?

  • You can exchange or return the product within 7 days from the day you receive it. If you wish to exchange it with another product, the exchange fees will be 60 Egp. If you need to refund it and get your money back, 100 Egp will be deducted from the total fees paid (40 Egp Shipping paid the first time + 60 Egp refund fees charged by the courier company to pick up the product and hand the money). Items on sale aren’t available for refund.

       

Q- How do I cancel my order after I placed it?

  • You can easily cancel your order after placing it by sending us a message on our Instagram and Facebook pages within 24 Hours since the order is confirmed.
