Q- How do I place an order?
Placing an order only takes a few minutes on our website. Simply pick your favorite product from our shop, then click “add to cart” and then on the next page press “proceed to checkout”. Now fill in your personal information and address details then click “Place Order”. Done! Your order is now on our system and will be processed. Nothing else needed on your part.
You can also place your order by sending a message on our social media channels.
Q- I don't like ordering things online. What if anything goes wrong?
This is a very common concern we all have but don't worry, here at Yawza, you can pay cash on delivery so you will pay when you receive the order. If you receive the product and don’t want it, you can refuse to take it and the shipping company will return it to us and you will only pay the delivery fees.
If the product has a defect, we will definitely exchange it for you. We have an exchange & refund policy.
What if I ordered the wrong laptop sleeve size? You can change it with the correct size and pay the exchange order fees.

Shipping is 35 Egp within Cairo, Giza, Helwan and 6th of October.
Shipping is 40 Egp for Alexandria.
Shipping is for 55 Egp for Sharqia, beheira, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Qalyubia, Ismailia, Port Said, Suez.
Shipping is for 60 Egp for Asyut, Qena, Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Sohag.
